I LOVE MY LIFE❀❀❀!
[Jennifer Moi]
I’m on a natural high, and it took years for me to understand it. I got older and people kept commenting my energy. When I became a mother, despite of sleepless nights along side breastfeeding and minimum time to take care of my self, people asked me where I got my positive energy? It hit me that people asked my advice. My general consciousness has increased notably since I past 32. So has my passion for a healthy lifestyle. And the interesting part is that this particular period hasn’t been all about a happy delight. Well, they say that strength is where the struggle is.
It’s easy for me to give you advise on mental strength; don’t let people take you down, count only the good things, give your self some space, fall in love with your self every single day, praise the sun etc. But I know this doesn’t work for everyone, as it demands focus and an amount of time. We all want the energy-fix now.
This past week I’ve started a new lifestyle-test: Super food. Well, it might sound daunting – or even as unnatural as it can get. But this is not true. I will write more about super food as a lifestyle in the coming posts, but in this particular post I want to give you one particular and effective advise for super-happy energy, and you’ll love it.
Most people I know they love chocolate, and many can’t even resist it. After I started the super food-lifestyle, I experienced a facelift in my energy level and the energy is a happy and easy energy. In my lifestyle change I use raw chocolate everyday. Raw chocolate is packed with antioxidants, minerals and natural happiness substances.
You can find this amazing raw chocolate in beans, pieces and powder at a shop called Supernature: www.super-nature.no
Here are some facts about raw chocolate:
- Anti-aging
- Energy
- Stimulates your mood
- Persistence
- Motivation
- Greater mental clarity
You can eat as much as you like (please get personal advise from Supernature), but 2-3 spoons raw chocolate powder each day should be more than enough. Note that I’m testing the lifestyle, and can’t take any responsibility of any effects. But make sure to get knowledgeable information at the place you buy your raw food, and use your sensibility to acknowledge what works for you. Note that super food/raw food is highly effective and that it cleans your system (detox), which mean that you should expect unpleasant effects in the beginning. (Maybe feeling a bit sick, maybe pimples, maybe small rashes, maybe dizziness etc. Not everyone experience this.).
HOW CAN I USE THE RAW COCOA?
You can use it as a hot chocolate, but in general it’s not advisable with a temperature over 40 degrees for raw food. You can use the raw cocoa in desserts, mix it in a yoghurt or make a smoothie. So far I’ve only found time to make a yohurt or smoothies.
CHOCO YOGHURT:
4 Spoons natural yoghurt
2 Spoons raw chocolate
1 Spoon acacia honey
I find this way the fastest and easiest. It takes no time, and it tastes like a small snack! Perfect in the morning, or before you’re heading for an important meeting!
HAPPY CHOCO SHOCK: (Smoothie)
3 Spoons Raw chocolate (powder)
4 Spoons Natural Yoghurt
1/2 Cup Milk (the kind you prefere)
2 Spoons Acacia Honey
1 Banana
To make a smoothie, you have to have a blender. I know you can use the manual mixers – but if you’re going for super food or even just to find your source on how to eat enough berries and fruits during a day – go and get your self a blender. Make sure to buy one with an ice-crusher, for example Kitchen Aid. The wonderful thing about smoothies is that you can make them as sweet, bitter or as plain as you want. So if it’s too sweet for you add less honey next time, and if you find it too filling use half a banana. You can even add vanilla, but make sure you add organic vanilla so you don’t get the amount of vanillin, which is not good for you (most things you get today has vanillin and not vanilla but the industry call their products vanilla). And if you have children, smoothie-time is a favorite because it’s easy for the kids to “cook” and be creative in the kitchen.
Give the raw chocolate some time before you expect any results. The raw cocoa beans are great for snacks – they are bitter and crunchy!
Good luck!
X❀X,
Jennifer
